The ground floor of the hotel comprises of communal areas including a large reception area with wheelchair access, a TV/entertainment room, a fully fitted industrial kitchen with fire escape and a large restaurant able to seat 80 guests.

Stairs from the kitchen lead down to storage rooms with industrial fridges/ freezers and preparation areas. The spacious garage can also be found on this floor and houses a number of storage units and tools for hotel maintenance.

The guest accommodation is located over 4 floors and is easily accessible by a lift. All rooms enjoy an en-suite bathroom, TV, telephone, safe and air conditioning.

The first floor features 3 twin bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms. 3 additional rooms are currently used as owner accommodation.

The second floor has 6 double bedrooms, 3 twin rooms and a triple room.

The third floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, a single bedroom and a family room able to sleep up to 4 guests.

The fourth floor is currently used as owner/staff accommodation and comprises of 2 double rooms and a twin room; all enjoying a private balcony.

All floors benefit from laundry/ storage rooms.

The large roof terrace boasts fabulous views over the surrounding village and countryside.

Granada centre is only a 30 minute drive and the beach is approx. 40 minutes.
